CYCLING TIPS VLOG: CRACKED EASTON STEM? I ride hard and break a LOT of stuff. I ride stuff that has great warranty cos chances are its going to break and get sent back to the R&D department. There is a way too much light product on the market thesedays. Bicycle components built light are generally more fragile. I dont ride carbon stems, bars or seat posts as they are piss weak and need to be replaced after a crash. Alloy is WAY stronger and you can actually recycle it vs it going to landfill like carbon bicycles parts end up. tags: “Cycling (Sport)” Mountain Bike Ride Biking Bicycle Riding Downhill Trail Dirt Race cracked easton stem
Cycling tips: 200k ride with Durianrider Here are some more tips as mentioned in the video. Sleep, water, sugar sufficiency must be the daily focus. Sun + sport must be the weekly focus. Making the world a better place for humanity, the animals and the environment must be the life focus. One MUST get consistent early nights to ensure success on a healthy weight loss lifestyle. More early nights means a healthier and faster metabolism + you will have greater nerve energy for the next day as your organs get the rest they need to function healthfully. Riding 200km on a tired and drained body is BAD for your health. High carb low fat fruit based lifestyles work wonders for long term weight loss transformations. Ive NEVER seen a fat fruit or rice muncher EVER. People sneak in fat and wonder why they get fat. Look at all the fat cyclists eating fatty foods and training lots but confused why they are still fat. Participate in your fav activities to build the toned body that you want. Its easy to lose weight but to build a toned body you MUST MOVE IT! AND eat enough carb calories so that the active adventure filled lifestyle is EASY to maintain!! So many people make the mistake of not eating enough carb calories DAILY!! Thats like wanting to be a big spender on 5$ a day! CHOW DOWN THE CARB CALORIES REGARDLESS OF YOUR WEIGHT!! Cycling tips for weight loss: Drinking to go the distance and stay slim. Weight loss is all about staying hydrated as the QUICKEST way to get overtrained is to get dehydrated. The second quickest way is to run out of carbs and the third is failing to get enough early nights. Sure if your following my advice and following a high carb low fat fruit focused vegan lifestyle then you will likely find it hard to get dehydrated due to the water contents of the fruit BUT you still CAN GET DEHYDRATED by failing to take in enough water. So to avoid dehydration, drink enough water so your urine is clear NOT yellow or straw. This is advice straight out of the pro peloton. Its the most important advice I can give you! Ive had one friend literally die from dehydration and a few others end up in hospital. Ive had others just fail big time by feeling worse than they can on a daily basis. Dehydration can take months to creep up on you. Your muscles are around 80% water so if you want more toned muscles vs flat looking muscles then DRINK ENOUGH WATER!!
CYCLING TIPS VLOG: Whats the best bike for you? Im a fan of entry level alloy road bikes. They are affordable, strong, light enough, have great quality components, easy to fix wheels and have crash durability that more expensive light weight carbon road bicycles dont have. My tips are: Bike fit. Make sure you find a reputable shop to fit you right. White out pen. Get one and mark your seat post, bars, seat position and cleats so you have a reference point should anything slip. Mountain bike clipless shoes. Get these when you want to upgrade to clip in pedals systems. The shimano XTR pedal is super strong and durable. The cleats last many miles. Try on different brands of shoes and see what you find most comfortable. Specialized make great XC shoes as do Shimano and SIDI. Try before you buy! Drink bottle. Get a camelbak Podium. BPA free plastic. The best cycling drink bottle around IMHO. Here are some other cycling tips. Check em out. 1. Pump up your tyres to the recommended rating every few days. 2. Drink enough water so your urine is clear. If its yellow or straw, we need to drink more. Drink before meals instead of after for better digestion. 3. Eat before your hungry, drink before your thirsty.. 4. Get early nights. 5. Get a bike that fits you right. Ask around for a bike shop that is good at fitting people right. Get a road bike. Bike trailers are best for heavy loads. Thats the most effective system. Get clipless mountain bike shoes/pedals so you have power up the …
