Wrong! Tile does NOT absorb water. Unless its porous tile like adobe or some stone tile. Fire blazed & porcelain glazed tile doe not seep water. Its the GROUT that absorbs water. It amazes me how people get that mixed up. Anyway, this job was obviously stupid from the word go. Never tile over a second story deck. WTF?……..
