Hi Harley, One question once again xD, You said you could gain 30 pounds in just eating water melon. But what would happen if I ate as MUCH AS I COULD everyday, eating like I was trying to gain weight. Lets say I gain 40 pounds. How could I be looking skinny if I gained 40 pounds and keep eating and eating and just keep gaining?, or will I keep gaining if I eat so much everyday?.

With the best respect for DR, he would not last 30 seconds in the TdF peloton. This is partly due to doping but mostly due to the standard. These are people that train 40 hours a week, are exceptionally genetically gifted and fit enough to ride 220km at 47kph every day for 3 weeks. I’ll bet that every single rider in the tour peloton, even the scrimpy no-name domestiques could win an elite or domestic pro level road race every day of the week.
